We're offering a variety of Optional Excursions before the conference begins on Monday and Tuesday March 17 & 18 and on Saturday afternoon after General Session ends and before our Awards dinner starts. They are all private tours.

If interest is low in any of the tours, ATI reserves the right to cancel. If you are registered for a tour that ultimately gets cancelled we'll reach out to offer alternatives.

 

SuperConference 2025 Charity donations can be made in advance in increments of $20.  For example, if you select 5 below, your donation will be $100.

 

Donations will be billed in full on your February payment.

SuperConference officially kicks off Wednesday, March 19th at approximately 1:00 p.m. with our 20 Group Summit. We recommend attendees arrive Tuesday, March 18th. We wrap up late in the evening of Saturday, March 22nd - so plan on checking out on Sunday, March 23rd.

 

The rates displayed below are for the length of your stay (not the nightly rate) and are inclusive of 17.96% tax and a $48 daily resort fee.

  • ·       Unlimited movie rentals with DVD Now (DVD Now card can only be used in your specified tower)--Limit 2 at one time

  • ·       20% discount on beach toys at the saltwater lagoon
  • ·       Keiki Pool Activities & Scavenger Hunt—Schedule listed on the back of the resort activities guide
  • ·       Fitness or Yoga Class at the Kohala Spa—Space is limited and reservations are recommended by contacting Kohala Spa at extension 1228.
  • ·       $10 off Hawaii Nautical sailings on the Spirit of Aloha catamaran from Anaeho’omalu Bay
  • ·       Baggage Handling - This is for check in and check out. (Round-Trip).

Self-Parking is $48.00 tax inclusive per car, per day (subject to change) to all registered guests. Valet Parking is available at $55.00 tax inclusive per car per day (subject to change).

Waikoloa Golf – discounted rate of $139.00 per person plus tax. Includes the green fee, a shared cart, bottled water, and unlimited use of the practice facilities on the day of play.

Ten percent (10%) discount on Spa and twenty percent (20%) discount on cabanas.

CANCELLATION POLICY: As a general rule, all prepaid SuperConference fees are both non-transferable and non-refundable. Based on your registration, ATI secures an adequate hotel room block, food & beverage, and transportation commitments, most of which are non-refundable to ATI. To help protect our members from unforeseen situations, ATI has liberal cancellation alternatives to direct refunds. You may cancel for any reason and apply your credit to current/future ATI services through January 31, 2025. Processing of cancellation credits may take up to 60 days. There may also be minor deductions for unrecoverable costs incurred. Effective February 1st to February 14th, 2025 – Your full prepaid registration fee will be forfeited unless we are able to replace your registration with another attendee. Effective February 15th, 2025 – Your full prepaid registration fee will be forfeited. If ATI cancels SuperConference 2025, the February cutoff clause will not apply. All cancellations requests must be in writing to atisuperconference@autotraining.net. No cancellations will be accepted via phone call or voicemail.
