SuperConference 2027 - Non-Member Registration

Plot Your Course

SuperConference 2027 is designed differently.

As part of registration, we'll ask you to identify the Business Journey that best reflects where your business is today. Your selection will help us recommend sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, and learning experiences that align with your current priorities and goals.

Don't overthink it, and don't worry about choosing the "perfect" route.  Your route is simply a guide to help personalize your SuperConference experience. You are free to attend any session, workshop, or event that interests you throughout the conference. Many members gain valuable insights from topics and discussions outside their current stage of business.

Where Are You on the Path?

Choose the route that best describes where you are today, and we'll help you build a roadmap for where you want to go next.

Launch - Building the Foundation
You're still heavily involved in every part of the business. Most decisions, problems, customers, and employees ultimately depend on you. While the business may be generating revenue, it often feels like you've created a demanding job rather than a business.  You’re focused on building a strong foundation through financial discipline, basic systems, delegation, and leadership habits. Success at this stage comes from creating enough structure to free yourself from the day-to-day firefighting.

You might be in Launch if:

• You're the primary decision-maker

• Team members rely on you to solve most problems

• Taking extended time away from the business feels impossible

• You are working harder than ever but not always making the progress you want

Grow - Building the Team
You've added employees and begun creating a leadership structure, but managing people has become the biggest challenge. The business is no longer dependent solely on your effort, but consistency remains difficult and execution often falls short of expectations.  You’re focused on leadership, culture, communication, accountability, and organizational clarity. This is where strong teams begin to replace owner heroics.

You might be in Grow if:

• You have managers or emerging leaders on your team

• Keeping everyone aligned feels like a constant battle

• Results vary significantly depending on who is involved

Scale - Expanding the Machine
The business is growing. Revenue is increasing, opportunities are expanding, and momentum is strong. However, growth often feels chaotic because systems, structure, and leadership capability are struggling to keep up.   You’re focused on building repeatable systems, developing leaders, improving operational excellence, and creating a business that performs consistently regardless of location, department, or manager.

You might be in Scale if:

• Growth has created operational challenges

• You are adding locations, leaders, or significant headcount

• Processes differ from one team or location to another

• You are focused on creating consistency and scalability

Destination - Building the Legacy
The business has achieved a high level of performance, independence, and maturity. Strong leaders drive day-to-day execution, and the company is no longer dependent on your constant involvement.  You’re focused on long-term value creation, innovation, succession planning, enterprise leadership, and ensuring the business thrives for years to come, with or without you.

You might be in Destination if:

• The business operates effectively without your daily presence

• Leadership teams make strong decisions independently

• You're thinking about succession, transition, or legacy

• Your primary focus is long-term enterprise value rather than day-to-day operations
